レバじゃがコロッケ、辛子和え、若竹汁、ご飯、牛乳

お話献立第三弾。今日は教育向けの紙芝居「ふらふらフーちゃんのお助けメニュー」の再現メニューです。主人公のフーちゃんは好き嫌いが多く、バレーの練習中に力が出なくなります。病院に行くとお医者様から好き嫌いがある事を言い当てられました。鉄分が足りずに、体力が落ちていたのです。そこで鉄分が多く摂取できる料理を作ってもらいます。その中に登場する料理が「レバじゃがコロッケ」なのです。鉄分の多いレバーが食べやすいようにコロッケの中に入っています。

The main character, Fu-chan, has a lot of likes and dislikes, and loses strength during ballet practice. When she goes to the hospital, the doctor correctly diagnoses her likes and dislikes. She was lacking iron, which had weakened her. So he asks the doctor to make a dish that contains a lot of iron. One of the dishes that appears in the menu is "Liver and potato croquette." Liver, which is high in iron, is placed inside a croquette to make it easier to eat.
