From the last week of February, we will be implementing graduation request menus for third-year students. The school lunch committee selected the items from the graduation request list. On the first day, the number one side dish is Daigaku Imo. We will be using delicious sweet potatoes directly from the production area in Otsuki Town, Kochi Prefecture.
