1学期に作って人気のあったポークチャップ丼を鶏肉で作ってみました。キャロットゼリーは人参をみじん切りにしたペーストをベースにオレンジジュースで割って食べやすく仕上げています。サラダやスープで摂るよりたくさんの人参を使います。

<Wednesday, February 12th Menu> Chicken Ketchup Rice Bowl, Komatsuna Salad, Carrot Jelly、Milk
We tried making Chicken Ketchup Rice Bowl, inspired by the popular Pork Chop Rice Bowl from the first semester. The Carrot Jelly is made using finely chopped carrot paste, blended with orange juice to make it easier to eat. It uses more carrots than if served in a salad or soup.

番茄酱鸡肉盖饭，小松菜沙拉，胡萝卜果冻、牛奶
我们试着用鸡肉制作了1学期受欢迎的猪排盖饭。胡萝卜果冻使用细碎的胡萝卜酱作为基础，并用橙汁调制，使其更容易食用。这比在沙拉或汤中使用的胡萝卜更多。
